When to use it
- The market respects clear horizontal levels.
- You like trades with an obvious reason and an obvious invalidation.

Step by step
- 1Mark the nearest zones above and belowA BUY near demand with open space up to supply is the cleanest version of this setup.
- 2Look for a Shift or Break in your directionA Shift is often the first sign a trend is turning. A Break confirms the trend is continuing.
- 3Take the signal and compare the targets to the zonesIf TP1 is beyond the next supply zone, plan to take profit at the zone instead.
Managing the trade
- Treat the next opposing zone as a natural place to reduce size.
- If price closes back through the zone you bought from, the reason for the trade is gone.
When to skip it
- The signal prints in the middle of nowhere, far from any level.
- There's an opposing zone right above your entry.
Common mistakes
- Drawing so many levels that every price is 'near a level'.
- Ignoring the stop because 'the zone will hold'.
