Refund Requirements

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Accidental duplicate purchases — One subscription will be refunded, but one must remain active if used
Failure to cancel a renewal — It is your responsibility to manage your subscription
"I didn't use it" — Lack of use does not qualify for a refund
"I didn't get results" — Trading outcomes are not guaranteed and do not qualify for refunds
Violation of Terms of Service — Including abuse, harassment, or misuse of the platform
Chargeback threats or bad faith requests — Threatening chargebacks or acting in bad faith will result in automatic denial

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels only. Email support@simplealgo.io with your order details, proof of use/attempt, and reason for the refund request. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

SimpleAlgo reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, including repeated refund requests, excessive product usage prior to refund request, attempts to use refunds as free access, refusal to engage in basic troubleshooting, false claims, or multi-accounting. SimpleAlgo also reserves the right to deny any refund claim at its sole discretion if the request is determined to be unreasonable or not made in good faith.
